Ocean view and bed

I placed a reservation only after talking to the rep at the location. Full Ocean view superior room should include breakfast, but the restaurant charged me for it. When asked the staff about it they were completely unethical, rude and very ill-mannered.

Breakfast is good but its crowdy. Location is excellent and room is also good

Some hic-up at the check in. Only 1 room was ready. Replenishment of the room ( tea / sugar sachets and water bottles )

The staff r very polite and nice i had a issue with in room dine in the head chef responded very well and nice overall we enjoyed our stay

It is a very good executive hotel, in the perfect location for Vizag. What it lacks in character is made up for by the friendliness of the staff, Dolly and mercy in particular.

No bathrobe in the bedroom

Noticed that the serving staff had oversized shoes which can cause injuries to them Please look into that

Nothing, including ur booking is the worst...no value for money...staff was fucol... No privacy at all ...you should not take bookings of Novatel....no warning given by booking.com if not cancelled in time...they were sweet fucol

House Keeping poor for rooms. Not carried out diligently. What was strewn on the floor remained on the next day. Replenishment of water bottles not done. TV worked after it was attended.

Location wise its cool

Breakfast is not so good, bathroom is not good as during shower water is flowing outside of bathroom,

There is some plumbing issue , as there is a lot of stench at many places , which they have tried to mask with air fresheners. Other than that the stay was good , food good and staff excellent.

I like the Kids game zone and Swimming pool.

There sd be Safety Tubes for Kids to have more fun.

My room was very nice, spacious, and had a good view of the beach.

The wifi was a little slow sometimes.

The overall maintenance of the rooms. Shaking wooden flooring, no bath gel refill despite reminders, un exciting mini bar, the warmth and hospitality at breakfast was missing… the servers at breakfast don’t listen to instructions and are fairly ignorant. We are regulars at ITC and the legacy Taj which isn’t anymore, but those two hotels understood hospitality. This is very commercial and feels very cold. Given a choice and vacancy else where, I won’t repeat this place

Excellent location . Stunning views of the sea from the rooms . The premium lounge is the icing on the cake . We told them it was our anniversary and they beautifully decorated the room and also kept a cake for us . The staff is very courteous and truly went above and beyond - specially zenia who looked after us throughout our stay

Disappointing

Cockroach ? were found in the room. Requested Kavya for a single king size bed but she was not able to remember what and why I was asking for . Food was okay .

Convenient location and great view

Room floor was dirty. Staff communication skills need improvement. We forgot an Apple Watch in the safe. Communications from there on were the worst with any assistance to look for it. They never did find it even though we called well before the next party check in time, and the Duty Manager never returned my call even after I left a direct message to return my call.

Breakfast spread was good, there were good options

The room is so worn out, the floor is scratched. There is an odd old smell in the room. Bathroom was awful. Wifi was extremely poor

I booked 2 rooms 1 with 1 king bed the other with 2 beds but end up receiving 1 bed in 1 room so we had to shuffle ladies and gents in 2 rooms ,while I planned it for couple.

Location is pretty good and needs cleaning just outside on pavements. Breakfast is excellent.

Cleaning just outside of hotel , like pavements and near by areas - needed to make it more appealing .

Bathrooms were not clean. Checkin and checkout process was extremely long and inefficient.
